[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen trademark policy

So, assuming my special characters make it through ok, what would be the preferred way of writing "Evergreen ILS" with a trademark symbol?

Evergreen® ILS / Evergreen™ ILS

or

Evergreen ILS® / Evergreen ILS™
