[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] IMPORTANT: Upcoming security release

Hi,

On Wednesday, 17 April 2013, the Evergreen release managers and
maintainers will be putting out security releases for Evergreen 2.1,
2.2, 2.3, and master.

The security releases will resolve a serious vulnerability, and we
strongly recommend that all Evergreen users install the update
promptly.

A hotfix procedure, similarly to the one used in the last couple
security releases, will be made available as well.
