Amanda, thanks for the suggestion about the tabs, we'll include that when we advise our gmail patrons.

Pam,

You should be able to verify that these are sent using your Evergreen mail server's logs.  The log messages should provide a reason if they are being refused by the email provider's server.

We actually pool all of our logs together (including postfix, in our case) and arrange them by year/month/day/hour for each service.  If you need examples of how to do this, I can provide them.
