[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Getting zero search results if I mix punctuation and quotes (adjacency)

Hello,

I noticed a behavior in my EG 2.4.0 system that I am not sure if it is by design or a small bug. If I do a search enclosed in quotes and with some punctuation I get zero results.

Example 1:

	Brooks, Garth  = 40 results


Example 2:

	"Brooks, Garth"  = zero results 


I would have expected that the comma would be ignored by the search even though I am using quotes (adjacency), but perhaps this is by design.
