[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Checkout and Renew Override behavior inconsistent

When checking an item out to a patron who has fines over the limit, the Override Checkout Failure - PATRON_EXCEEDS_FINES alert includes this option: "If overridden now, subsequent checkouts during this patron's session will auto-override this event." Basically click Yes once, and all checkouts are processed without triggering the alert/override.

OTOH, the Override Renew Failure - PATRON_EXCEEDS_FINES alert does NOT include this same option. So if overdue items are being renewed - such as to finalize overdue bills for payment - each item triggers the alert/override.

Can this standing penalty alert/override behavior be configured so that renewal overrides will work the same way as checkout overrides?
