Hi Araik,

I'm afraid you are not supposed to have two consortiums. This is the highest unit which encompasses all the systems  and branches. Maybe you should try to solve this problem through creating a second system (SYS).

When we are trying to open one more consortium (we have had  one with 30 brunches) in Admin ->Server Administration->Organizational Units
