[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Serials roadmap published

Hi all!

We started a small think-tank in Vancouver with representatives from 
various organizations. The goal was to get together and find out what we 
wanted from Evergreen's Serials module and to see if we could find some 
common ground to share.
Well we did!

I truly hope this will spark some larger cooperation regarding Serials 
development.
