[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] 3 day Courtesy Notice not being received

You will find the triggers configured here:

Local Administration - Notifications / Action Triggers

There will be a trigger configured for your 3 day courtesy notice.
Locate this and click on the link - this should take you into a screen
where you will see 3 folders.

The one I was referring to earlier is the Event Environment tab. What
have you got configured here?

Our system has 3 lines with the following field paths:
circ_lib.billing_address
target_copy.call_number.record.simple_record
usr

Obviously your event environments may be different but I believe that
there should only be one relevant field path pointing to a target copy.

Hope this helps,
Fiona

We have found that there are times when email providers mark our sent emails as spam and patrons need to contact those providers to let them through. The email server's own logs would probably show this. I would start there, and if you see that the notices aren't getting that far, reply again.
