[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Grace Periods

Hi all!

I recently found that our system was giving a 1 day grace period on fines. I checked through the Library Settings editor and the recurring fine rules and found that the company that (partially) set up our system did have a one day grace period built in to all our recurring fine rules. I removed it, but the system is still giving folks the grace period. Could this be because the setting was changed after these items were checked out?
