[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Blockers for 2.5 RC1 [RM2.5]

Dan,

I tested the 2.4.2-2.5-beta1-upgrade-db.sql script on PINES test data (from our production instance) and it worked as expected.

So far, so good!
