Exactly. My assumption was any HTML files would be TT2, not only for I18N,
but also to reduce template repetition, etc. For dynamically generated
strings, Angular has built-in I18n tools, but there are also Angular I18n
plugins which, at first glance, appear to work like Dojo I18n (lazy-loading
translations, etc.).
Getting the Hackaway templates I18n-ized was more than I had time for, but
a little research suggests there shouldn't be any road blocks there.
