[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Need Captions and Patterns advice for Jet Magazine

Good Afternoon Mary,

My apologies for not being very familiar with Jet magazine. Will the
magazine be published on the same three weeks of each month (i.e. 1st, 2nd,
and 4th week) or more randomly every three weeks (i.e. Sept 9, Sept 30, Oct
21)? Are there any combined issues to account for in the prediction? Thank
you very much for clarifying for me!
