[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Release Manager Proposal for 2.7

Hi Ben,

I have updated the Evergreen Roadmap wiki page[1] with a section for EG 2.7. There's a placeholder link to a version roadmap page, but I'm not sure if the community wants to continue that approach to tracking upcoming development. We didn't make use of the 2.6 roadmap page, perhaps partly because 2.6 was a shorter release cycle. Since you're the RM for 2.7, I wanted to bring this up as a potential avenue for communication if it seems useful to you.
