[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Floating collection question

Colleagues,

All of the titles with a shelving location of "Stacks" float between our KY
& FL campuses. The "Floating?" data element in our copy/item records now
contains that value so Floating now works for our current holdings.

The question is, "Is there a way to automatically provide that default
value to the copy records so the we don't have to apply it to every new
copy record manually?"  We thought there might be a column in the Copy
Locations Editor for Floating but there isn't one. What should we do?
