[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] combining OPAC lists and more

Holly, everything you mentioned has been mentioned on someone's wishlist
here in Forsyth County!  The ability to upload a list would be a higher
priority for us than making them editable by multiple people.  We could
always use record buckets for sharing as long as we could then upload the
bib record info into a My List.
