[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 2.6 Beta Preview Uploaded [RM2.6]

It's worth noting that the osrf_control script doesn't appear to exist, but is referenced in the install docs. I've submitted a bug report, and was going to consider it a documentation bug. However, after more thought, it seems like it could be something that's been documented properly but not implemented properly?

I'm happy to report that I just ran the beta through a clean install on Debian Wheezy, and it passed with flying colors!

I couldn't connect with the staff client beta, but I'm reasonably sure that it has more to do with me guessing at what to supply as STAFF_CLIENT_STAMP_ID.
