[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] nevermind about in-house use

I found a bug report about In-House Use not showing in Item Status.... Just had to remove the hyphen to find it in a search!

It appears there WAS a field for in-house use listed in Item Status at one point (version 1.6.1.2), but it was always blank. (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/674255)
