Hi Joe,

I work with a library consortium in Eastern Oregon that is also trying to get PayPal working and have run into the same error. I didn't see a follow up, so I was wondering if you could tell me if you figured out of to right the 10501 error?

It would seem that everything is set up correctly otherwise. All our settings are the same as yours are listed.

Any help would be great. Thanks again!

We are attempting to setup credit card payments for the first time but in the staff client I get an error message saying that the credit card processor has denied payment and in the OPAC I get that along with "10501: This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration."
