[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen for Academics

Hi Gordana,

Hopefully this wasn't too presumptuous on my part but I added your patron
upload info as a note to the EFA page. It's a really important option that
shouldn't be forgotten. Also, having the possibility of an "easy" solution
to one of the issues, may get us around to tackling it sooner than later?
