[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Duration Rules/Circulation Policies

We do almost the opposite. We have circ mods tied to durations such as
7DAY 14DAY 21DAY and when the item comes in we do a quick calculation of
how long we're allowed to have it and subtract a week. We age out holds
after a week. So, we put the hold on the item, fill it and it goes on the
shelf for pickup. If they pick it up after a week, and it checks out, then
it's out for the appropriate amount of time for us to return it.
