[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Patron Record problem with 2.6.1

Colleagues,

Ever since upgrading to 2.6.1 we have been unable to add or edit patron
records.

Edit example:
[Search for a patron by name] > Enter Name > [Search] > Highlight patron >
[Retrieve Patron] > [Edit] > Screen does not populate to allow editing of
any field.

Ditto Register Patron:
[Register Patron] > Screen does not populate to allow editing of any field.

Is this a bug? If not can someone tell us what we are doing wrong?
