[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Seeking quotes for Bug Fix/Enhancement Project

HI all,

MassLNC is seeking quotes for a project that will provide staff with 
options for handling holds when the last potential copy/part available 
to fill the hold is deleted for the system.

The goal of this project is to fix an existing bug - 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/937789 - where deleting parts 
can break holds interfaces if that part is still linked to a hold. 
However, the project should also add new features that will give staff 
greater flexibility to address holds whenever a last potential copy or 
part is deleted. The full project requirements are available at
