[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Changing the Date format in TPAC

Hello,

We are using Evergreen 2.6.1. The copy create date and due date in TPAC are
currently displayed in the mm/dd/yyyy format. Kindly share how we can
change this display into  dd/mm/yyyy format.
