[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Purchase Alert Report

Hi Josh,

If you're interested in getting this set up in the reporter, there are two
sources that will do what you're looking for with minimal manipulation:
"Hold/copy ratio per Bib" and "Hold/copy ratio per Bib and Pickup Library"
(we use the latter).

Here is a screenshot of the display fields that we use:

The only filter we use is Pickup Library, but it looks like you could also
filter by Hold/Copy Ratio.

Note that it's possible to get copy data from the hold source by going
under Bib > Call Numbers/Volumes > Copies. If you're in a consortium, you
may have to filter by Owning Library (which you can also find under Call
Number) so that you only get the copy count for your library. Personally, I
prefer this source because it is simpler and because you can compare your
library to the hold consortium if you like.
