Hello all,

The minutes from today's Evergreen Oversight Board Meeting have been posted at http://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=governance:minutes&#minutes.

Meeting Highlights:

- The Board voted to accept the Evergreen Outreach Proposal (http://list.evergreen-ils.org/pipermail/eg-oversight-board/2015-April/000997.html).
- The Board voted to appoint initial members to the Outreach Committee.
- The Board voted to approve the donation of $200.00 to the Ada Initiative in appreciation for its assistance in reviewing our incident response procedures for conferences and meetings.
- The Board voted to approve an expense of $1250.00 to purchase colored lanyards in bulk for present and future Evergreen conferences to accommodate the Evergreen Conference photography policy (http://evergreen-ils.org/conference/photography-policy/).

The Board will meet in person next month at the 2015 Evergreen International Conference in Hood River, Oregon.
