[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Bib records without item attached report template

Oh, one more thing... It's possible to have bib records that legitimately don't have copies attached (such as a record for an e-resource).  To exclude these, you could add the following filter:

Bibliographic Record -> Record Source -> id (In list) 

which will give you a selectable list of Record sources to filter on when running the report.
