Leslie and all,
You may want to consider using JTacq, to add 962 tags to your order
records. It allows you to create "Profiles" that can be used to generate
the 962 tag with one click.
In our case we attach the 962 to the permanent bib record from OCLC, and
import it into Evergreen to create our Purchase Orders. But there is no
reason why and order record supplied by your vendor couldn't be used to do
the same thing. JTacq can pull the dollar amount off of the record and
insert it into the price field of the 962.
Feel free to contact me off list if this is an option you want to pursue.
