[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Translations Updated in Master

Hi, all.

Thought that I would drop a line to let everyone know that the  
translations have been updated in the master Evergreen branch.  
Basically, the translations from 2.9-beta have ported over.

The Launchpad translation service should update in a couple of hours  
and translators can get started on translating the new messages.

As a reminder, the 2.9-rc (release candidate) is scheduled for next  
Wednesday, Sept. 2.

The final release of 2.9.0 is scheduled for two weeks later on  
Wednesday, Sept. 16.
