[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Credit Card Payments

I was wondering if anyone has hooked up card readers at the desk to use
with payments.  One of my staff had a discussion with a library in a
different consortium using a different ILS and was told that it was not PCI
compliant to use a swipe in a keyboard or for circulation staff to handle a
credit card.  I am wondering if:



1.       Anyone is using a card swipe with Evergreen (and if so what is the
model)

2.       If you are aware of any compliance issues with having staff handle
credit cards over the desk.



We have been using the credit card payment function in Evergreen for a
while using paypal to process the credit card payments.
