[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] electronic resource cataloging discussion

My statement was based on the idea that they're looking to track unlike
things together. Keeping copies attached to electronic records will work
but comes with a lot of overhead maintenance over time. Alternatively,
you could build separate reports to count the unlike things in the reporter
(assuming everything you need is exposed in the field mapper). But you'll
have to run them separately and combine them. In SQL you can do it as
a single report. Less human error that way too.

Hence, my opinion of better workflows shifts a bit depending on if they
have SQL access to their database.
