[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] [OPEN-ILS-DEV] Hack-A-Way 2016 Selection

I agree with all the all.  Of course, being in Indiana, I'm pretty stoked
about the Hack-A-Way being here.  That said, I think there should be
continued effort to encourage new hosts.
