[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] ERROR when trying to "bill a patron"

Good Morning Jennifer,

Will you please step us through the workflow that you were attempting to
perform when you received this error? Was it when you clicked Bill Patron
or was there more involved with the workflow/patron account?
