[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] OS X clients for 2.7.5, 2.8.1, 2.8.3

Hi,

For the Mac users out there, I've created pre-built OS X clients for
Evergreen 2.7.5 and 2.8.3.  Sitka has also built a client for 2.8.1.
