[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] First Bug Squashing Day of 2016

Hi all,

I'm sending along a reminder that, after submitting the Sandbox request 
form, please go into Launchpad and change the Assigned To field to your 
name. I'm hoping it will help to reduce the duplication in requests that 
we often get on Bug Squashing Day.
