[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Hourly circulation of items

Hi all, we have a new library in our consortium who would like to circulate
items reserved for projects and chargers for iPad/iPhone on an hourly
basis. Do any of you have such a circulatoin policy and how do you handle
it?
