[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Self check receipt customization

Thanks, Michele! This is awesome.

I noticed that our self check receipts seem to show up in the database, but
not in the GUI interface in the staff client. As such, it may be hard to
copy them, but I'll see what I can do.
