[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Web Client and Patron Search: Sticky Scoping

Hi,
   Our test server is on 2.12 so we are testing the web client. We noticed that, unlike XUL, the Org Unit selector is not sticky in Patron Search. Is this deliberate or a bug? I could not find anything in Launchpad.
