[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Reports Question- Last Activity Date vs Record Last Update Time

Hello Everyone,

I had a question regarding the Last Activity Date that you see in a patron's account vs the Record Last Update Time found in the ILS User source in the report builder.  Are they the same thing?  How do they populate?
