Hello, Evergreen Community!

The link to make hotel reservations for the 2018 conference is up on the
conference website!

The Evergreen Conference room block will be open for reservations until
March 31, 2018 or until the room block sells out.

We will be calling for program and pre-conference proposals in just a
couple weeks, so put on your thinking caps!  There will also continue to be
more details, information, and registration added to the website and on
this discussion list over the next several weeks.

As a reminder, here are some details about the conference:

2018 Evergreen International Conference
St. Charles Convention Center in St. Charles, Missouri, U.S.A.
May 1-3, 2018 (Note!  This is a Tuesday through Thursday.)
Pre-conference activities on Monday, April 30

The hotel block is in the attached Embassy Suites Hotel St. Charles at the
conference rate of $152 per night which includes complimentary breakfast
and evening happy hour.

The St. Charles Convention Center (http://www.stcharlesconventioncenter.com/)
is about 15 minutes away from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport
and is very close to historic St. Charles, MO and its many local
restaurants, shops, microbrews, and wineries (http://www.historicstcharles.
com/).  There will be a lot of fun things to do and see, in addition to
attending the conference!
