[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Carts, baskets, folders or something else?

Hi all,
I've heard from a couple of people that they just got a spinning green
circle with no confirmation page after submitting the survey. I have
confirmed that those survey responses have been recorded. I have also fixed
the issue, and a confirmation page should now be displaying.
