[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Cataloging Bugfix test server

Hi all,

In time for Bug-Squashing Week, I am pleased to report that the test
environment for cataloging bugfixes is live:

https://dev-bugsquash.equinoxinitiative.org/eg/staff/home
credentials -- egadmin / dem0123!

As we work through our bugfix list

we will add those patches to the server for community testing.  Comments
about specific patches should be added to the relevant Launchpad item.  Any
general concerns about the test environment can be relayed to me via email
or in the #evergreen IRC channel -- my handle is abneiman.
