[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Permission for Registering a Workstation

Hi,
   Given the accessibility of the Web Client and the resulting security concerns, we would like to limit the ability to register workstations to specific permission groups. What permission controls the ability to register workstations? I am not quite finding it.
