[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Hatch and Java

On April 16th a new message appeared on the Java download pages: 

"The Oracle Java License has changed for releases starting April 16, 2019."

Does anyone know if this is just the licensing change we have been talking about for the past year? Is it something new? 

What exact Java download is recommended for Hatch on Windows? Is anyone using OpenJDK?
