[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Outreach Committee seeks social media person

Greetings,

The subject line has the most important part of this message.  However, in
case anyone is not familiar with the Outreach Committee, a part of what we
do is manage social media accounts associated with the community --
essentially, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.  We make sure that major
announcements make their way onto these platforms and that the accounts are
available for those who want to use them for community projects, such as
promoting the Evergreen Conference and Hack-A-Way.

Our audience is twofold, both those within the community and those external
who want to learn more about us.  To date most of our efforts in social
media have been facing inward. We would like to expand our social media
presence to share not just more Evergreen content but our ties to
librarianship and the open source communities as well.

To that end we could use another person on the committee to take point on
this effort.  Ideally this would be someone who is a strong social media
user and who will become a part of the team to build this effort outward.
