[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Reported needed for waived fines and fees

I need to create a report so that we can keep track of overdue fines and processing fees that have been waived by our circ staff.  I have not had much luck figuring this one out on my own.

Had anyone created a report so they can see which staff members are waiving patrons' fines and fees and, preferably, the dollar amount being waived?
