[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] overdue notifications to staff?

Good morning -

We want to circulate hot spots and we want to be notified when a hot spot
is 72 hours overdue so that we can shut it down remotely. How can we get
notifications sent to staff at the 72 hour mark?
