Hi Jennifer

We have a couple of libraries that setup an additional org unit to
handle the alternate pickup location.  We came up with a workaround so
they didn't have to  switch locations to capture holds.

One of the libraries is offering home delivery as a pickup option.

1. Setup org unit = Home Delivery

2. Hold is placed on Item with pickup location = Home Delivery
3. Item appears on Pull List at it's circulating branch
4. Item is captured -> Item is sent In Transit
5. On the capture screen click the item Barcode link takes you to item
status -> Click Holds / Transit to see the holds tab
6. Click on the Patron Name to open the patron account -> Checkout Item
to Patron ->
- a popup appears to warn the item is in transit -> Click Cancel Transit
then Checkout -> Click Force this action? -> Yes
7. Item is delivered to Patron

Thank you
Christine
