[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Hot spots

Diane, we check hotspots out for two weeks. We are very similar to Jennifer
as they are pretty much always on hold and don't sit on the shelves. While
we started out with one specific brand, and I cataloged them as such, with
replacements and more added in, we have made the bib records a little more
general so we don't have numerous records for each brand/type. We have one
general record for each branch's hotspots. We also deactivate after overdue
for a certain amount of time (can't remember off the top of my head, but
it's not long). We ordered hard plastic cases and foam from Amazon and cut
it to fit. It's all worked really well.
