[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Update Inventory check-in modifier

Fellow Evergreen libraries,

We are on 3.4 and would like to use the Update Inventory feature. I can see
"Update Inventory" in the Item Status actions but do not see it under
Checkin Modifiers. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to turn on?
