[Board] outreach report

Good morning, As usual here is the Outreach report in advance of today's board meeting. - The annual report is nearly to the proofing stage and on schedule. An early draft will be shared with the board soon. - We continue to add content to Youtube monthly and are adding videos to the website. - We've released two press releases, for the conference and the VPAT. - One institution has already expressed interest in hosting the 2025 Hack-A-Way but we will leave the window open for a bit longer.
